MEET

Jennifer

Jennifer is a health and wellness advocate and supporter. Through her continued education she graduated from global teacher training programs and is certified as a meditation and mindfulness teacher and children’s yoga instructor. Jennifer’s passion is to close the gap of inequities often found in the wellness space. “Living well is our birthright” she explains. The roots of her advocacy  started in politics on Capitol Hill were she served as a Legislative Aide to a Member of Congress. There she worked on issues of public health, women’s health, community outreach and environment.

WellBeing is a full service wellness community founded by Jennifer Foster.

Being a yoga enthusiasts since 1997 Jennifer wanted to share her interest in healthy living with children, families and communities. She later became a certified Kundalini Children’s Yoga instructor and her starting place was teaching yoga and mindful movement in the classroom.

Throughout her years of practice Jennifer worked with fellow wellness industry professionals and soon after began leading a team of yoga instructors, trainers, meditation teachers and mindfulness coaches.         
 

Jennifer continues her sessions with private clients and most of her time is now spent curating wellness programs for corporate clients.

Meditation

Learn to utilize tools that ease suffering and activate groundedness. You will develop a personal practice that supports yourself.

Yoga

Gentle flow yoga inspired by Kundalini asanas, breathing techniques and body awareness.

Workshops

Also known as “play” shops.  Practices that encourage awakening and transformation. From journaling exersizes to self care assignments, these playshops allow you to reacquaint yourself with your optimal Self.

Retreats

Curated travel retreats with health and wellness programming in beautiful locations around the globe. Join us for our next self-care, self-love, self-awareness retreat.

Wellness Parties

Book your next event with the intention to celebrate living well. Music and movement, soulful sounds and team building practices.
